The BLS Instructor-Led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with focus on High -Quality CPR and team dynamics. Master the essential skills required to effectively respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies with the American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support (BLS) course tailored for healthcare professionals. This intensive class is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and hands-on experience necessary for performing CPR, using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and relieving choking in adults, children, and infants. Focused on healthcare settings, the course highlights the criticality of continuous, high-quality CPR and provides participants with ample opportunity for hands-on practice through simulated emergency scenarios. Class is held at the BDMcKoy Training Center.
