  • Yes, you can post courses in any one category such as Academic and Writing, Arts, Crafts and Design, Business, Computer, Tech and Digital, and many more. Choose the category that best fits your course content.

  • At CourseCow, we exclusively support in-person or live virtual courses across a wide range of subjects. Whether you’re teaching arts, technology, business skills, wellness, or any other field, you can offer your course as long as it’s conducted face-to-face.

  • No, listing your courses on CourseCow is completely free. We do not charge providers for posting their courses on our platform.

  • Students pay providers directly. As a provider, you’ll set up your payment processing through Stripe, allowing you to receive payments instantly into your account (minus the platform 30% commission) when a student enrolls in your course.

  • Providers are entirely responsible for all aspects of their course, including selecting the location, arranging materials, and any other logistical requirements.

Provider Course Content and Policies

  • Yes, you can indicate if your course has a credential for successful students or if it's tailored for beginners, intermediate, or advanced students. This helps students choose the right course for their skill level and goals.

  • If your course is flagged for violating our content policy, your account will be suspended during an investigation. Violations may lead to permanent termination of your provider account at our discretion.

  • We do not tolerate courses that involve hate speech, harassment, unsafe or illegal activities, financial pyramid schemes, or infringement of intellectual property rights. Courses must offer genuine educational value and adhere to professionalism and decency.

  • Providers are responsible for their course title, length, description, and cost. It’s crucial to ensure your course descriptions are accurate and compelling to attract students.

  • Providers have the discretion to distribute credentials to individuals who have successfully completed their courses according to their preferred method. Providers exclusively hold the authority and responsibility for the administration of credential distribution.

  • Providers are entirely responsible for all aspects of their course, including selecting the location, arranging materials, and any other logistical requirements.

  • If there are any changes to your course’s public details, such as timing, location, or content, you are responsible for communicating these changes directly to your enrolled students.

Provider Registration and Payment
